What is Pricing Based on?
We set our prices based on the experience of the artist and the requirements of the piece.
Artist experience can be self-taught, learned by mentorship, through formal education, or by time spent studying the work of other artists.
Some materials are a dream to carve, others are a challenge. Complexity of the work is based on the demands of the material and what it takes to execute the design on that specific piece.
There are also operating costs associated with running a studio, like having specialized tools and equipment and taking care of them.
